Given:-

A circle has a central angle 135 degrees.

The radius of the circle is 24.

To find the arc length.

So now we use the formula,

s=r\theta

Now we convert 135 degrees to radians. so we get,

135=(135)/(180)*\pi

So now we substitute the value. so we get,

\begin{gathered} s=24*(135)/(180)*\pi \\ s=18\pi \end{gathered}

So the required value is,

18\pi

So the correct option is OPTION D.
