\begin{gathered} \text{Area}=(\theta)/(360)*\pi r^2 \\ \end{gathered}

Given that, radius= 60ft and angle =40 degrees


\begin{gathered} \text{Area}=(40)/(360)*3.14*60*60 \\ \text{Area}=(452160)/(360) \\ \text{Area}=1256\text{square f}eet \end{gathered}
