Solution:

Given:

\text{radius of a circle, r = 16m}

The circumference (C) of a circle is given by;

\begin{gathered} C=2\pi r \\ \text{where;} \\ C\text{ is the circumference of the circle} \\ r\text{ is the radius} \end{gathered}

Hence,

\begin{gathered} r=16m \\ \pi=3.14 \\ C=\text{?} \end{gathered}

Thus,

\begin{gathered} C=2\pi r \\ C=2*3.14*16 \\ C=100.48m \end{gathered}

Therefore, the circumference of the circle is 100.48m
