Given the expression:

(m)/(4)+q

We will find the value of the expression when m=2/3, and q= 1/4

So,

\begin{gathered} ((2)/(3)/4)+(1)/(4) \\ \\ =((2)/(3)*(1)/(4))+(1)/(4) \\ \\ =(1)/(6)+(1)/(4)=(2)/(12)+(3)/(12)=(5)/(12) \end{gathered}

So, the answer will be: 5/12
