Given:

\begin{gathered} 4x=3y \\ y=-4x+3 \end{gathered}

Sol:.

If the both line are perpendicular then multipilcation of slope is -1 then:

\begin{gathered} y=mx+c \\ m=\text{slope} \\ \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} 3y=4x \\ y=(4)/(3)x \\ m_1=(4)/(3) \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} y=-4x+3 \\ m_2=-4 \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} =m_1m_2 \\ =(4)/(3)*-4 \\ m_1m_2\\e-1 \\ \text{That mean its not perpendicular } \end{gathered}

For parallel line slope are same then its not a parallel line

So line neither perpendicular or parallel.
