We will have the following:

First, we can see that the probability of picking an even number at first is:

P_1=(3)/(6)\Rightarrow P_1=(1)/(2)

And then, the probability of picking another even card without replacing the previous one will be:

P_2=(2)/(5)

Now, the probability of this happening one after the other will be:

\begin{gathered} P_3=P_1P_2\Rightarrow P_3=(1)/(2)\ast(2)/(5) \\ \\ \Rightarrow P_3=0.2 \end{gathered}

So, the probability will be of 20%.
