Assuming question is:
-5(7+x)+2(5)/(6)x=0

Let's use distributive property to simplify:

-35-5x+2(5)/(6)x=0

Now we add up the x's and take number to another side:

\begin{gathered} -5x+2(5)/(6)x=35 \\ -2(1)/(6)x=35 \end{gathered}

We make 2 and one-sixth into improper fraction and divide to get x:

\begin{gathered} -(13)/(6)x=35 \\ x=(35)/(-(13)/(6)) \\ x=35\cdot-(6)/(13)=-(210)/(13) \end{gathered}

x is "minus 210 over thirteen"
