2x-3xy-2y\text{?}

To find evalute the given expression,


2x-3xy-2y

Subtitute the x and y value in above equation,


\begin{gathered} 2(2)-3(2)(-3)-2(-3) \\ =4-(6*-3)+6 \\ =4-(-18)+6_{} \\ =4+18+6 \\ =28 \end{gathered}

So the required value is 28.
