We will determine th equation in slope-intercept from of the line as follows:

First, we find the slope:

m=(5-(-5))/(4-(3))\Rightarrow m=10

Then:

y-5=10(x-4)\Rightarrow y-5=10x-40
\Rightarrow y=10x-35

So, the equation of the line in slope-intercept form is:

y=10x-35
