Given the general rule for the slope:

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

We have the following in this case:

\begin{gathered} (x_1,y_1)=(0,-3) \\ (x_2,y_2)=(-3,2) \\ \Rightarrow m=(2-(-3))/(-3-0)=(2+3)/(-3)=-(5)/(3) \\ m=-(5)/(3) \end{gathered}

therefore, the slope is m=-5/3
