a) speed = distance / time

d1 = 100 yard ( own goal to opposing team's goal line)

d2 = 80 yard ( returning to 20 yard line)

d= d1+d2

d= 100 + 80 = 180 yards

b) velocity = displacement / time

d = 100 - 80 = 20 y
