We have to first determine the area of the square. The area of a square can be represented as follows

\begin{gathered} \text{Area of square = L}^2 \\ L\text{ = 5 ft} \\ \text{Area of square = 5}^2 \\ \text{Area of a square = 25 ft}^2 \end{gathered}

The number of each square feet each person will requre can be calculated as follows

\begin{gathered} numbers\text{ of each square ft each person require = 25/11} \\ numbers\text{ of each square ft each person require = }2.27272727273ft^2 \\ numbers\text{ of each square ft each person require }\approx\text{ }2.27ft^2 \end{gathered}
