a) To convert to radical form, we follow this:

m^{(a)/(b)}=\sqrt[b]{m^(a)}

So:

R=73.3m^{(3)/(4)}=73.3\sqrt[4]{m^(3)}

b) The formula we have is for mass in Kilograms, so the first step is to convert the mass stated from lbs to kg.

1 lb -- 0.454 kg

160 lb -- m

m=0.454\cdot160=72.64\operatorname{kg}

Now, we can use this value in the formula:

R=73.3m^{(3)/(4)}=73.3\cdot(72.64)^{(3)/(4)}=1823.84
