The correct answer would be 10:8
This is because it asks what the ratio of length of car to length of model.
Therefore. It should be structured like:
Length of car : Length of model
Length of car = 10
Length of model = 8
So the answer is:

NATEMATHENY21, you are incorrect because the problem says the car is 10 feet long and the model is 8 inches long so the ANSWER WOULD BE 10:8!!!!
