Hellos need advice with life, I’m not really good at life. What is the best way to tell someone you like them (girl to boy)

My advice would be to just ask them rather or do ask them on a note (if your shy) than regretting it later on. Also don’t be scared of being rejected, it’s hard and awful feeling but you eventually overcome it and move on.
