Answer:

X' = (-12,3)

Y' = (-10,5)
Z' = (-9,-2)

Explaination:

Please check image

Based off the x = -4 , I think that means that our x axis is no longer x = 0 but on the x = -4 line

Ex;

if point X is 8 units to the left of x=0, now point X' should be 8 units to the left of x=-4 making point X' = (-12,3)
