So, the next difference is 5+3 = 8 (Friday) so on that day you had 11+8 = 19 cups.

The next 2 differences are 8+4 = 12 and 12 + 5 = 17.

Saturday you had 19+12 = 31.

Sunday you had 31 + 17 = 48.
