a) How much did the illness cost now?

b) By how many percent has the price been reduced in total?

Reducing price by 15% means new price is 85% of original
7000 x 85% = 5950
Reducing by another 30% means finding 70% of that price
5950 x 70% = NOK 4165

The total discount is (7000 - 4165)/7000 = 0.405 = 40.5%
