Answer: 1

\lim_(x \to -6) f(x) \\eq -1 because the left and right hand limits are not the same.


\lim_(x \to -1) f(x) \\eq -1 because the left and right hand limits are not the same.

However, somewhere between 1 and 2, the limit does equal -1 because the left and right hand limits are the same.
