Anyone wanna help me plese

An atom of lithium (Li) and an atom of fluorine (F).

What do you notice about the number of valence electrons in each?
How could these two atoms make each other “happy”?:
Would they still be neutral?:

Answer:

Lithium gives up its one electron to make both atoms happy. So the fluorine atom has eight electrons, and a filled outer shell.
