How do the cells of alzheimer's compare and contrast with peoples cells without Alzheimer's?

The brain of someone with alzheimers considerably smaller than the average brain of someone who is healthy, the more the disease progresses the more the brain of someone with alzheimers shrinks (can possibly shrink up to 1/3 the original size)
