For two lines to be parallel, they must have the same slope, so you know that can’t be the answer

For two lines to be perpendicular, the slope of one would be negative and flipped when compared to the other (e.g. 4/7 and -7/4 or 1/2 and -2)
Since the negative and opposite of 5/12 is -12/5, the two lines can’t be perpendicular, since it is missing the negative

Therefore, Neither is the correct answer
