Explanation: For there to be a zero net force, the forces have to cancel each other out, but if they’re uneven (with one being greater than the other), then the greater force will “dominate”. Imagine two people are pushing each other at the same time. If they’re pushing each other with the same force, neither will move, and that’s zero net force. But if one of them has a stronger push, then it would cause them to move in the direction the stronger person is pushing.
