Psychology question:

Don’t worry it’s not graded this is just a freebie to whoever answers.

Have you ever dealt with a situation you felt sunk into and completely powerless?

How did you overcome? What was the hardest part?

These are made my me I am not a student in a psychology class I’m just struggling and need some advice or tips. You are free to carry on.

i don't know what is actually bothering you to be sure of what to tell you , but if you ever feel like that , don't worry . Just be yourself and do what ever makes you feel happy.

And if it is a person who is making you feel this way . What il would advice you to do is to just ignore . Let anger in and not out . Believe me when i say it won't be easy , because the people that do this often stop at nothing to make sure you get furious which could lead you to some unintended consequences . Anger is like a spirit . You feel alive when your angry , but when the worst is done it leaves you like there was nothing there . I for one have experinced this a lot i=of times . You should have to

Even if this doesn't work , it is not the end of the world , face it head on and be victorious . You own your life so live it . I mean what is the point of living when something or someone in your life pesters you repeatedly . You do you my man / woman
