The equation for the slope of a line is (y2 - y1)/(x2 - x1). Using this we get:
(13 - -2)/(-15 - -3) = (13 + 2)/(-15 + 3) = 15/-12 = -5/4 (after simplifying by dividing by 3).
So your answer is -5/4
