Personally, I think it's expanding a bit too much. Animals are losing their home each time we build more roads and bridges. However, we get to see a variety of different things in certain stores and restaurants. We get to see everyone's culture from their homeland and gain a perspective about it. Texas also has a bit of trade routes across other nations/countries, so that makes mass production of something easier.
