m= -12
Explanation-
multiply all terms by same value to get rid of fraction denominator
m/3=4
3xm/3=3(-4)
cancel multiplied terms that are in the denominator
m=3(-4)
Then multiply the numbers
m=3(-4)
therefore m=-12
