4. If a car must get to 30m/s from rest, how long will it take the 1800kg car to accelerate with a force of 10,000N pushing it forward?

Steps:
Find the net force.
The vertical forces cancel out. Which leaves 1 force left; the applied force of 10000 newtons.
Use Newton’s Second Law to find the acceleration. Then plug-in the acceleration into the common kinematics equation to solve for t.
