We're given : x+y+z = 4
x = -2y
z = -3y

So, we replace x = -2y and z = -3y in the original equation.

-> -2y + y + -3y = 4
-> -4y = 4
-> y = -1

Now we have the value of y, we substitute it into x and z
x = -2y = -2(-1) = 2
z = -3(-1) = 3
