sooo point-slope is y=m(x-x1)+y1 (or y-y1=m(x-x1); which is also valid)

since we have the point (-10,-8) we input -10 for our x1 and -8 for our y1.

we also have the slope of 11, which we input for m.

therefore, our equation would be:
y+8=11(x+10); or y=11(x+10)-8 (they're both the same; depends on how ur class/teacher prefers to format the equation i think)
