According to Hamilton's argument,

how is liberty secured by the
separation of powers? Why might
this not work?

It’s been a while since I’ve done AP government, BUT I think I know what this is.

Liberty is secured by the separation of powers by preventing corrupted individuals from easily obtaining all the power. By separating the powers, one corrupted individual cannot control the country. Does that make sense?
