(x1 , y1) = (6 , 1)

slope/m = -3/2

y - y1 = m(x - x1)

y - 1 = -3/2(x - 6)

y = -3x/2 + 9 + 1

y = -3x/2 + 10

y = (-3x + 20)/2

2y = -3x + 20

3x + 2y = 20
