Answer:

(- 3, - 1 )

Explanation:

1 down means subtract 1 from the y- coordinate

2 units right means add 2 to the x- coordinate

(- 5, 0 ) → (- 5 + 2, 0 - 1 ) → (- 3, - 1 )
