Use the Distributive Property and the Product of a Power Property to solve this expression.

3y^2(-5y^4)

Distribute y^2 to -5y^4.

y^2(y^4) = y^4+2)
3(-5y^6)

Now distribute 3 to -5y^6.

3(-5) = -15
-15y^6
