C is the best choice in my mind. Ornamentation was extremely important French baroque composer basically breathed it. Contrast is also extremely important just look at pretty much any piece by Bach. I’m assuming movement is meaning “motion” and not movements as in parts of a piece. But Italian baroque composer were known for very virtuosic pieces.
