The answer is D.
Explanation: Males will always a X and a Y chromosome (for example, even in cases where the sex chromosomes are XXY or XYY). In simple terms, whenever an Y is present, it’s most like a male.

D: it is only inherited by males. Women have the chromosomes XX and men have the chromosomes XY, meaning that males inherit them, but only one since women will always pass an X to their child
