Answer: Neither

Explanation:

Parallel lines means they have the same slope.

Perpendicular lines mean they have the negative reciprocal slopes.

If you were to manipulate 3y= -4x + 6 you would get:

y= -4/3x +2

In comparison to y= -3/4x -5

Both equations don't have the same slope (parallel), and aren't negative reciprocal slopes.
