Scaler quantity ~
Physical quantities which needs only magnitude to express itself, and doesn't need any specific direction.
- it's calculations can be performed using simple algebraic methods
Example - Speed, Distance, time, mass, and so on.
Vector quantity ~
Physical quantities which needs magnitude as well as direction to express itself, and follows vector law of addition.
- It's calculations Can't be performed through simple algebraic methods, vector algebra is required.
Example - force, acceleration, velocity, and so on.
