Hi Laila,

I've seen your message and I experienced that situation too. I decided to take up dancing to keep myself fit. You should take it too!

Dancing is fun and you will more likely to stick to it. It also help us improved condition of our heart and lungs.

Other than that, it also make stronger bones and reduced risk of osteoporosis. Furthermore it give us greater self-confidence and also better social skills. I hope my decision will help you. Bye!

Laila you should dance because it would help you burn alot of calories. Dancing is one of the most fun things to help you keep and shape, there is many benefits. As well as improving the body's flexibility and bone structure, dancing also boosts stabilising core muscles to balance the body and make muscles and tendons less susceptible to injury. Coordination and reflexes are also strengthened through regular dancing workouts, can also help improve your bodys posture.
