The steps I can take in my everyday life to properly care for my skeletal system is to eat a diet with a variety of foods, including grains, fruits and vegetables, nonfat, in my case low-fat mom-dairy products that have calcium, and eat calcium rich food, I eat a lot of plant protein daily. I need to keep my bone strong since I am also still growing.
