The trachea is the air way between the voice box and the lungs. When it’s airway narrows the condition is known as tracheal stenosis which restricts the ability to breath normally.
Obstructed breathing is when something is keeps the air from moving in and out of the airways in your lungs. When someone has asthma or something the airways may become obstructed, or blocked, because they are swollen, narrow and clogged with thick mucus.
Constricted- Is caused by mild breathing problems because of a stuffy nose or intense exercise.
