Explanation:

the volume (V) of a triangular prism is calculated as

V = area of triangular end × length , that is

V =
(1)/(2) bh × l

given b = 4, l = 7 and V = 35 , then


(1)/(2) × 4 × h × 7 = 35

14h = 35 ( divide both sides by 14 )

h = 2.5 cm
