(-1,3)

Explanation:

Where the two lines intersect, they have equal values

-4x-1 = -2x + 1

-2 = 2x

x = -1

Now, you have 'x' ....use this value in either of the equations to find 'y'

-2 (-1) + 1 = y = 3
