Answer: as Smart Goal should be situationally and personally unique for best nursing care, I suggest reviewing your particular problem patient situation. SMART Goals should be a sentence containing the following characteristics in regards to the intervention:
S —> Specific (don’t be vague, show thoughtful intervention)
M —> Measurable (emportent for monitoring and identifying effectiveness of treatment)
A —> achievable (be reasonable, give patients goals that they can reach, properly set expectations)
R —> relevant/realistic (logical for problem) check your program for which one should be represented in this slot!!!
T —> Time constraint (ex. by the end of my shift, within 24hr, etc.)
