Your friend does not see the importance of warming up before exercising or cooling down after exercising. Using what you learned last week, explain to your friend with a minimum of 5 reasons why warming up before you exercise is a good idea and why cooling down after exercise is important.

Well I cannot give exactly 5 reasons but, if you don't stretch before a workout you could harm yourself! Because your body is not prepared for the exercise.. And, cooling down after a workout is extremally important due to the fact that your body does have a limit! Your body can fail on you.. Hope this helped :)
