I will use the law of exponent below

⇒if you re multiplying powers of them same base, keep one base and add the exponents mathematically we say:


x^(n) *x^(n) \\=x^(n+n)


=m^(9+(-3)) \\=m^(9-3) \\=m^(6)

OPTION D is the solution
