X = 32.5

First put it into an equation:

25 + 2x = 90

Then subtract 25 from both sides:

2x = 65

Finally divide by 2 on both sides:

X = 32.5

The value of x is 32.5

Perpendicular lines are two lines that intersect at a 90-degree angle (right angle).

This intersection forms four right angles (90 degrees each). The slopes of perpendicular lines are negative reciprocals of each other; when multiplied together, their product is -1.

We can then say that;

25 + 2x = 90

collect the like terms, we get;

2x = 90 - 25

subtract the value

2x = 65

Divide by the coefficient of x

x = 32.5
