\large \tt Solution \: :

The given equation is :

\qquad\displaystyle \tt \rightarrow \: 24x + 4y = 24

\qquad\displaystyle \tt \rightarrow \: 4y =24 - 24x

\qquad\displaystyle \tt \rightarrow \: y = ( 24)/(4) - (24x)/(4)

\qquad\displaystyle \tt \rightarrow \: y = - 6x + 6

And this the equation of same line in its slope intercept form, where slope (m) = -6 and y - intercept = +6
