A customer has ordered a hot chocolate, but has now told you that they in

fact ordered a coffee. The customer was quite rude when they told this and
did not give you time to give a response before shouting at you.
As a member of staff how do resolve this issue?

First ,trying to try calm with them ,maybe they will also answer calm but if this is not working ,either talking with the manager or giving what they want and leaving them alone .(my opinion )
