How many cells there would be after a fourth cell cycle?

Multiply by 2 for each cell cycle, since the cells split in half during mitosis. Assuming you start with 1 cell, there are 2 cells after the first division, 4 cells after the second division, 8 cells after the third division, and 16 cells after the fourth division.
